What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
18k white, rose, and yellow gold. EF VVs clarity diamonds and variable materials like ceramic and enamel for a pop of color. Natural untreated precious stones like, ruby, sapphire, emerald, and a variety of specially cut stones.

How do I care for my product?
Warm water and very little soap or you can always bring into our shop and we can offer the polishing service for you. As for leather, to increase its lifespan minimize its use in water, however we can always replace the leather in-store.

Can I request a certificate of authenticity for gemstones and diamonds?
Yes we provide a certificate of authentication with each purchase. However if you would like the certificate for each stone you may request it at info@harryvjewelers.com

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact info@harryvjewelers.com or your appointed salesperson to process the cancellation.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a full return policy for 14 days and a full exchange policy for one month given that the item is in its original condition and packaging. After 30 days, we can exchange your piece for store credit.
